Refund Policy


The School of Music Pre-College Refund Policy is as follows:

The School of Music Pre-College reserves the right to withdraw students from specific courses and ensembles due to class size, scheduling conflicts or inappropriate student skill or behavior. If unforeseen scheduling conflicts occur, arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis for any School of Music student who requires a refund. Any and all requests for refunds must be made through the office of the Director.

Refund Policy for full withdrawal from the program or for dropped electives that required an additional fee:

  • Within the first week of the program: 75% refund
  • Within the second week of the program: 50% refund
  • Beyond the second week of the program: No refund will be given

Note: No refunds will be given for students who are expelled from the program.

The schedule of classes is subject to change.

Note: All refund checks will be mailed on August 31st.
