DETAILS:
A year long collaboration between Pittsburgh Opera, Carnegie Mellon University's School of Music, School of Drama, and the Master of Arts Management Program, which culminates in this performance of three newly-composed and fully staged operas. The performance is free but a ticket is required.
 
OPERAS:
 "My Opera Nemesis", a tale of operatic brotherly love, by composer Evan Neely and librettist Mora Harris
 "The Woman on the Wall", a story of the power of art and longing, by composer Jordan Speranzo and librettist Jess Honovich
 "ID, please", about a border agent interrogating a series of passengers, by composer Soosan Lolavar and librettist Daniel Hirsch
 
RUNTIME: Each opera is approximately 20 minutes, with a short pause between each. Total run time is approximately 75 - 80 minutes.
 
TICKETS: This event is free and open to the public, but a ticket is required. Tickets will be released in mid March. Please stay tuned for more information
