Under the direction of Ronald Zollman, the Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic will perform Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun (Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune), Ravel's Mother Goose Suite (Ma mère l'oye), and Stravinsky's The Firebird Suite (L'oiseau de feu)

The Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic is dedicated to performing the finest works written for large orchestra. Past seasons have included Mahler’s Symphonies 5 and 7, Borodin’s Polovetsian Dances from Prince Igor, Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, and Respighi’s Pines of Rome.
