10:30-11:30 am and
2:30-3:30 PM on most weekdays from September 1 through December 4, 2009. We recommend that you make a reservation to participate on any given tour on any desired date to insure participation.
Visitors and tour participants should gather in the Music Admission office, Suite 108 in the College of Fine Arts building at the starting time of the session. Each tour opens with a brief question and answer session, an open forum for participants to learn more about the School of Music. When registering through email, be sure to give your name, your instrument, and the date of your visit. We will confirm your reservation via email within two to three business days.
Tours will
not be offered on: Monday August 31, Friday October 16, and Wednesday November 25 through Friday November 27. After December 4, tours will be offered
only during the 10:30-11:30 hour and
only by advanced reservation.
If you'd like to supplement your tour of the School of Music with a general tour of the Carnegie Mellon campus, visit the
Office of Undergraduate Admission to make your reservation.
